good living conditions, are well endowed. Yes, we are bigger, taller, healthier and live

However, studies have shown that most of us women (including the skinny babes) do not wear the right size bra. We do not allow our fleshy parts to be inside the cup;
instead we are spilling out or under. Here is the correct way to measure for your bra:
Measure under the breast. Pull tight, and add 5 inches. Then measure over the
fullest part of the breast. Subtract this measurement from the first measurement.
If it is 1 inch different, you need a "B" cup.
If it is 2 inches different, you need a "C" cup.
If it is 3 inches different, you need a "D" cup.
If it is 4 inches different, you need a "DD" cup.
Here is a way of putting on your bra that takes all of your flesh into the cups.
Bend over from the waist after slipping your arms through the straps. Make sure
your breasts are into the cups above the band, and hook the back. Adjust the straps
so that your bust point falls half way between the hollow at the base of your neck and
your navel.
If you are wearing weight material, match your underwear to either your flesh tones or your outfit.
Bras should be alternated between wearings, to let the elastic regain its' shape.
